Great Barrington Community Preservation Committee to Review Funding 08:00AM / Saturday, May 21, 2022 | | GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. — The town's Community Preservation Committee will host a virtual meeting on Tuesday, May 24 at 6:30 p.m. to review CPA funding recommendations for the FY2023 year. The spending plans are subject to approval by voters at the June 6 Annual Town Meeting. The May 24 meeting and log-in links can be found on the town calendar here. Clinton Church Restoration Announces New Funding12:00PM / Friday, May 20, 2022 | | GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. — Clinton Church Restoration has been awarded a $117,000 capital grant from MassDevelopment and the Mass Cultural Council, part of a round of Cultural Facilities Fund grants. The funds will be used to help complete architectural and engineering plans for the African American cultural heritage center the nonprofit is creating in downtown Great Barrington. This is the project's second award from the Fund, whose planning and capital grants provide investments in cultural facilities throughout the Commonwealth.
