Women's Run, Community 5K Returns on Mother's DayCommunity submission, 01:55PM / Tuesday, May 03, 2022 | | PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Berkshire Running Center and MountainOne are sponsoring the 45th running of the Women’s Running Race and Community 5K on Sunday at BCC. Historically held on Mother’s Day, this event makes the claim of being the longest held all female running event in the country. Great Barrington Will Hold Drive-in Annual Town Meeting04:00PM / Monday, May 02, 2022 | | GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. — The Selectboard voted unanimously to host this year's Annual Town Meeting as a "drive-in" event similar to those in the past two years. The meeting will be held Monday, June 6 at 6 p.m. at Monument Mountain Regional High School. If business is not completed in one evening, the meeting will be continued to Thursday, June 9 at 6 p.m. The board opted for the outdoor event again due to potential COVID-19 risks inside the high school, which has been the usual venue for the annual event.
