Sandra Lee Kaczowski, 70

August 24, 2022

PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Sandra Lee Kaczowski, 70, of Pittsfield passed away Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at her home. Born in North Adams on November 20, 1951, daughter of Francis and Lorraine Noel Pierce she was a graduate of Mount Greylock High School in Williamstown.



Her last place of employment was for the Laurel Lake Nursing home in Lenox, prior to that she was employed for several years for the former Waverly Fabrics in Adams.



Her husband Walter Kaczowski is deceased. She is survived by her companion, Frank Meyette. A daughter, Amy Kaczowski of Adams, a son, Travis Kaczowski of Adams. Three brothers, Francis Pierce Jr. of Oxford, MA, Jay Pierce of Atlanta, GA, Donald Pierce (Denise) of North Adams. A sister, Connie Huttle (Matt) of Clarksburg, nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Melissa Kaczowski, and a brother, Stephen Pierce.



Services and burial are private and at the convenience of the family. The TROTTIER PRINGLE FUNERAL HOME in Adams is in charge of arrangements.

Dear Amy and Travis. I am so sorry to hear about your mom's passing. We had many good times through the yars working together at waverly and also at each others home in Savoy. My thoughts and prayers are with you both . RIP. Sandra D.
