BECKET, Mass. — The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) is announcing previously scheduled guardrail repair operations on I-90 westbound in Blandford and Becket will now take place tonight from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the next morning.  

 

Work will take place on I-90 westbound at mile marker 30.0 in Blandford, with a right lane closure in place, and at mile marker 17.0 in Becket, with a shoulder closure in place. Work was previously scheduled for the night of Sunday, December 17, but was postponed due to inclement weather. 

 

Drivers who are traveling through the affected areas should expect delays, reduce speed, and use caution.? 

 

All scheduled work is weather dependent and/or may be impacted due to an emergency situation.?
